Q: Does the program work as well for women as men?

A: Yes TNB TURBO is fantastic for women as you can see in the success stories above. It might even be better for women because exercise scientists say women have more muscle endurance and fatigue resistance. That means women may thrive on fast-paced workouts with short rest intervals like this one.

Q: I'm almost 60. Aren't I too old?

A: You're never too old to gain strength and muscle. Research from Tufts Research Center on Aging and other universities have proved it. Even in 90-year olds, scientists measured more muscle and more strength, in just weeks. And consider the alternative: if you don't start now, you lose muscle every year, get weaker, frail, are at risk of osteoporosis, and quality of life goes down because you can't do all the physical things you want to do. Q: I have problems with joint pain – in my knee and my shoulders. What if I can't do the exercises?

A: If any exercise bugs you, it's easy to switch to a different one. I mention some alternate exercises in the exercise manuals. You can even message me if you need more personal suggestions. Another option is don't do the heavier workouts, just stick with moderate and lighter weights for more reps. The program will still work great for you but it will be easier on your joints.

Q: It's hard to believe you can get the same muscle gains in 30 minutes that would normally take 60 minutes or more, let alone more gains.

A: Hard to believe? Perhaps. But I'm not asking you to believe anything  until you've see the evidence for yourself. The proof is on the page above. Scroll back up and make sure you check out what the research said. There are now more than 30 studies on superset training. Also check out what customers said. You'll notice the average time was between 25 and 40 minutes. To get done in 25 to 30 minutes, you'd need to keep up a brisk pace. If you take a more casual pace, it will probably take 35 to 40 minutes. This program will cut your training time by at least a third, and absolutely can cut it by as much as half. Science says you'll get the same gains. Try it and see.

Q: I'm not a bodybuilder and not interested in getting "huge." Would this program still make sense for me?

A: As I mentioned above, the type of superset training we use in TNB Turbo was hugely popular back in the golden days of bodybuilding and still is. I've been a bodybuilder for over 35 years, and when I'm really busy, I use this program myself too. But it's not just for bodybuilders, and most of the people you see in our success stories are just regular folks who want to gain a little more muscle, get fitter, stronger, and healthier. Q: Does TNB TURBO include a cardio workout too? Is cardio mandatory?

A: TNB TURBO does include a recommended cardio program. It's a special type of HIIT cardio, designed to be time efficient. (just like TNB TURBO lifting). If you're naturally lean and your goal is gaining muscle mass, the cardio is optional, but still recommended for health, fitness, and boosting your fat loss.

Q: What kind of home gym is required for the "HOME" version of TNB TURBO?

A: TNB TURBO HOME is designed for minimum equipment workouts in your own home. All you need is simple free weights – barbells, dumbbells and your own body weight (a bench is required for a handful of exercises too). You don't need a home gym machine (like a Bowflex, Tonal, functional trainer etc), but if you have one, that's great because it means you have even more exercises you can do.

Q: Does this include a diet plan?

A: No. TNB TURBO is not a diet program, it's a weight training program. If you need help with your nutrition, I recommend checking out "Burn the Fat" books.
